About The Team
The first member of the team was Nate Boynton. Nate started as an assistant, then a licensed assistant, and then started working with his own clients. His patience and knowledge have made him an asset to the team.
To help Nate and Raina, they had various assistants through the years. However, Kristen Hall has not only become an assistant, but she is studying to become a Realtor, as well. Once a client has had the pleasure of having Kristen make sure the transaction runs smoothly, she receives praise and appreciation for her dedication to the client’s needs.
Then there is Phil Rubin. Phil is Raina’s husband, who was drafted into the business because of the great need for assistance in helping homeowners who were in a short sale situation or in other words “upside down”. Because of his great skills in negotiating, Phil has become an invaluable asset to the team.
