We’ve all heard that now is the time to buy, right? So why are so many people waiting to purchase their first home, downsize or buy their second home? The media has a tremendous influence on how the current economy views the Real Estate market. Does the media bother to ask the true professionals, who constantly watch and work the market on a daily basis? Of course not! I can tell you personally there’s one group of Buyer’s out there who account for 1 out of 3 sales-investors. They are buying up rental property at an astronomical rate. This is typically a sign the market is on the way back, and based on the Charleston, SC Real Estate market numbers, this is very apparent.
