Early on in my life, I always had an entrepreneurial desire to be in business and went from a paperboy as a youngster to owning a successful insurance business, where I was Travelerʼs Man of he Year. I moved back to Charleston, my wife Rainaʼs hometown in 1994 and continued in the Insurance business until I decided to join Raina to work on a new form of real estate sale, the Short Sale. No one really had an idea how to work these sales as they were all new to the real estate market. We now have done dozens of Short Sales successfully and have a 99% close ratio. I give 100% of myself whether it be a short sale or working with a buyer or seller.
